L-Glutamine
L-glutamine is a very abundant amino acid and is the preferred fuel for the cells of the intestinal tract. It contributes significantly to the repair and regrowth of the cells of the intestinal tract, allowing for better digestion and absorption of all other nutrients and amino acids.

L-Arginine

L-arginine was studied together with L-glutamine, and this combination has been shown to heal inflammation of the gut and repair what is called “leaky gut”—a leading cause of malabsorption.

L-Lysine

L-Lysine Benefits the Gut, Brain & Herpes Outbreaks. L-lysine is very important in the creation of carnitine, which converts fatty acids into energy and lowers cholesterol levels. It also seems to play a role in absorbing calcium and helps the body form collagen, which aids in the growth and maintenance of bones and connective tissue (including skin). L-lysine benefits are extensive and include everything from anxiety to diabetes.

Vitamin C
Vitamin C contributes to the functioning of the immune system. Various studies on animal models have shown that vitamin C improves immune health and digestion and inhibits the growth of bacteria.

Zinc
Zinc is known as a soothing mineral for the digestive system. It helps repair the cells that line your intestinal tract, keeping them strong and tip-top shape so they can properly absorb nutrients.

Selenium

Selenium is a key nutrient for gut health, affecting both the microbiome and the inflammatory response in the gut. A deficiency in selenium can increase inflammation and oxidative stress in the gut. This can result in damage to the intestinal lining and is a possible contributor to leaky gut.

Taurine
Taurine is an important signaling molecule in the intestine that regulates immune responses and enhances immunity. Sulfides produced by taurine metabolism, especially H2S, can inhibit the aerobic respiration of pathogens, prevent the expansion of pathogens, and enhance the resistance of host pathogenic bacteria.  increased taurine in the gut is beneficial to ameliorate aging-related dysfunctions like adiposity and leaky gut, which in turn improves healthy life-span.

Phosphatidylcholine
Phosphatidylcholine (PC) is a phospholipid attached to a choline particle. Phosphatidylcholine connections to inflammatory bowel concerns are positive. Phosphatidylcholine makes up 90% of the phospholipids in the intestinal mucosa, the mucus layer in the gut that protects the body from pathogens. In patients with ulcerative colitis, mucus PC content is reduced by 70%.

BPC157 (5 injections) (Requires qualification)

  • Sold as an add-on for $295

Studies have shown that BPC-157 can accelerate the healing of damaged gut tissues by stimulating the production of growth factors and promoting the formation of new blood vessels. It can also increase the production of collagen, which is essential for maintaining the integrity of the stomach lining.

Colonic (series of 3) (Requires qualification)

  • Sold as an add-on for $295

Colon hydrotherapy has been shown to stimulate gut serotonin and directly affect the Vagus nerve. This undoubtedly accounts for the fact that a colonic generally leaves someone feeling peaceful, uplifted, and clearer headed. Colonic hydrotherapy has a definite effect on gut microbes and relieves the strain on the immune system caused by excess toxins from less-than-ideal gut microbes. However, colonic does not “strip” the gut. It is a gentle procedure which, unlike laxatives, does not irritate the delicate gut lining and does not alter gut microbiome. Research has shown that the microbiome will soon reconstitute itself.
